ECONOMIC  ADVANTAGE:

Seascape would have an unbeatable economic advantage over other condo and hotel projects: it could be built and outfitted in a low cost country, such as China, South Korea, or India and sailed to a high value environment such as the Mediterranean Sea or the Bahamas. The host country would provide seaside land for a dry dock, port facilities, freight, railroad, air cargo and landing strips, workers quarters and skilled labor.

After construction of the main structure is completed, the dike surrounding the dry-dock and the dredged seaside estuary would be breached to let water in, allowing Seascape to sail out to sea for its voyage to the Mediterranean or elsewhere.

Seascape is of such a magnitude that many foreign and domestic construction concerns would set up specialized manufacturing facilities to prepare large structural components, and entire condominiums and hotel rooms, which in turn would be craned into place aboard the emerging structure.

A rationalized multidisciplinary construction process as opposed to a traditional construction job site could save money, provide greater quality, and reduce construction time. Future sister vessels to Seascape would have a substantial leg up on potential competitors in that the first Seascape project administration will have already built the world’s largest dry-dock and will have mastered large scale fabrication in proprietary industrial facilities.
